The Custom Equity Index is composed of a 70% weighting in the S&P 500 Index, a 20% weighting in the Russell 2000 Index, and a 10% weighting in the MSCI EAFE Index.

The Russell 2000 Index measures the performance of the 2,000 smallest companies in the Russell 3000 Index.
The Russell 3000 Index measures the performance of the 3,000 largest U.S. companies as measured by total market capitalization, and represents about 98% of the U.S. stock market.
The Wilshire 5000 Index measures
the performance of all US equity securities with readily available
pricing data.
The Lipper Multi-Cap Core Fund
Index measures the performance of the 30 largest mutual funds that invest in a variety of capitalization ranges, without concentrating 75% or more of their equity assets in any one market capitalization range over an extended period of time, as determined by Lipper, Inc.
The MSCI All Countries World
Free (ex US) Index is a broad based index that measures the performance of common equities in 48 countries.
The Lipper International Equity
Fund Index measures the performance of the 30 largest mutual funds in the international equity fund objective, as determined by Lipper, Inc.
The Russell 3000 Value Index is a broad based index that measures the performance of those companies within the 3000 largest U.S. companies, based on total market capitalization, that have lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth rates.
The Lipper Multi-Cap Value Fund
Index measures the performance of the 30 largest mutual funds that invest in a variety of market capitalization ranges without concentrating 75% or more of their assets in any one market capitalization range over an extended period of time, as determined by Lipper, Inc. Value Funds seek long-term growth of capital by investing in companies that are considered to be undervalued relative to a major unmanaged stock index based on a price-to-earnings, price-to-book value, asset value or other factors.

Free Growth (ex US) Index is a broad based index that measures the performance of those common equities in 48 countries with higher price-to-book ratios and higher forecasted growth rates.

US) Index is a broad based index that measures the performance of common equities in 48 countries with lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth rates.
The Russell 2500 Growth Index measures the performance of those companies within the 2,500 smallest companies in the Russell 3000 Index, based on total market capitalization, that have higher price-to-book ratios and higher forecasted growth rates.
The Lipper Small Cap Core Fund
Index, an index of mutual funds, is composed of funds that, by prospectus or portfolio practice, invest at least 75% of their equity assets in companies with a market capitalization (on a three-year weighted basis) less than 250% of the dollar-weighted median of the smallest 500 of the middle 1,000 securities of the S&P SuperComposite 1500 Index.
