The following table provides a description of the seven
investment managers and their allocation of the total
portfolio, experience, and investment style. The portion
of the fund assigned to each manager is fixed, with
the specific objective of maintaining exposure to large,
mid-sized, and small companies. These fixed allocations
are allowed to drift slightly under the scrutiny of
the Advisor. The timing and degree of any rebalancing
is determined by the advisor.
